This recipe for Beef & Noodles is one of those recipes that I hold close to my eye. It was i of my Near favorite meals equally a child growing up.
To me, this meal just screams COMFORT! Thick egg noodles, engulfed in a flavorful gravy fabricated from simmering the beefiness, onions, celery, in the beef stock.
I loved when I asked my mom, "What'south for dinner?" and she answered "Beefiness & Noodles!" It was always one of my most favorite meals.
After she answered, the worst part was waiting for information technology to be fourth dimension to eat!
I outset posted this recipe in May of 2014, and one time I decided to add the recipe video, I decided it needed a little "facelift" and to be re-shared.
